Watch the original series with the directors cuts of episodes 21-24. Some reccomend going immediately to the movie End of Evangelion after episode 24 and skipping 25 and 26 until after or even entirely but I think watching 25 and 26 first might be better. Season 1 Digimon Adventure (1999) is the first season of the anime saga Digimon: Digital Monsters. Its premise involves a group of boys and girls being whisked to a parallel reality called the Digital World (sometimes incorrectly called “DigiWorld” for short) while at summer camp. They were taken there because they were chosen to become DigiDestined, the children that would save the Digital World (along with Earth near the end of the series) from the evil forces that threatened to destroy it. Each of the children received a Digimon partner who was preprogrammed to be bonded to them, as well as miniature devices called Digivices. With the power of the Digivices, their Digimon partners could become stronger forms to battle enemies or save their partners from danger. Filetype: Avi Audio: english dubbed Quality: High Filesize: 181 MB Season 2 Digimon Adventure 02 (2000), also commonly written as Digimon 02/Digimon Zero Two, is a direct sequel to the previous season; four years later. With most of the original characters now in high school, the Digital World was supposedly secure and peaceful.
However, a new evil has appeared in the form of the Digimon Emperor (Digimon Kaiser). This new villain is different – he’s a human just like the DigiDestined. The Digimon Emperor has been enslaving all Digimon in sight with Black Rings and Control Spires and, to make things worse, has somehow made regular Digivolution impossible. Three new children are chosen to save DigiWorld and, along with T.K and Kari, make up the new generation of DigiDestined. Filetype: Avi Audio: English Filesize: 180mbs Season 3 Digimon Tamers is the third animated series based on the Digimon franchise, first broadcast in 2001. The story takes place initially in the “real” world, a world much like ours where Digimon is just a franchise, composed of video games, a collectible card game, and a cartoon series.
A group of 12-year-olds (10-year olds in the Japanese version), Takato, Henry and Rika (fans of the Digimon card game) meet their own Digimon friends and start to duel “bio-emerging” Digimon who cross the barrier between the inforpationt network, synthesizing proteins and becoming real. Most of it set in the modern Tokyo ward of Shinjuku and only changes scenario to the Digital World for a short time.
The tone of this season has many elements from head writer Chiaki J. Konaka’s other works, especially Serial Experiments Lain, including a few aspects from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Thus, the series had a very dark tone in nature, much more so than its predecessors. The show’s English dub had little editing compared to previous seasons. Filetype: Avi Audio: English FileSize: 180mbs Season 4 Digimon Frontier is the 4th Digimon TV series, first broadcast in 2002. After prompted to do so by unusual phone messages, the five main characters go to a subway station and take a train to the Digital World.
Once there, they meet two secondary characters, Bokomon and Neemon, who act as guides, and tell the DigiDestined that the DigiWorld is in danger. They must fight the antagonist, Cherubimon and his Legendary Warrior servants before they succeed in dominating the world; it’s up to the children to save it. Filetype: Avi Filesize: 250mbs Audio: english Season 5 Digimon Data Squad, known in Japan as Digimon Savers is a Japanese anime television series, and the fifth series produced as part of the Digimon franchise.Unlike the previous seasons, Digimon Data Squad took on more radical changes for the character designs ditching the style animation always used previously in favor of more traditional bish?nen/bish?jo animation similar to Gash Bell, YuYu Hakusho or Naruto. Also, according to this series’ composer, Ryota Yamaguchi, this series was to take in a wider age group, and was aimed to also appeal to late teens, however, without ending it as a hobby anime. This is why the characters are much older (ranging from early teen to adult) and the story is much darker than in previous series.
Also, as requested by Digimon’s sponsor, Bandai, in order to grab the older Digimon fans, Bandai wanted the reappearance of a Digimon from the old series, which was chosen to be Agumon. Filetype: Avi Audio: Japense with English Subs Subber: wTw and DATS Filesize: 175mbs Movies 1 to 3 Subbed If you don’t know, Digimon The Movie was a compilation of the first three movies. The plots of the first and second movie were slighlty edited and the plot of the third movie was entirely edited to fight into the same plotline. To make up for this, I have uploaded the first three movies subbed and unaltered with their original plots.
Enjoy, btw I have also uploaded Digimon The Movie, so if you want to watch the dub (and why would you?) you can. The first story focused on Tai and Kari Kamiya four years before their adventure in the Digital World.
It shows their first encounter with Digimon and what happened to them (as well as the other children that saw it became the other DigiDestined) when they participated in their first Digimon battle after raising a quickly growing Botamon. The movie was used in episodes of Digimon Adventure to explain why Taichi and company became DigiDestined. Filetype: Avi Filesize: 150MBs Audio: Japanese with English subs Runtime: 20:11 The second story shows many of the DigiDestined, but primarily focuses on Matt, Tai, Izzy, and T.K., as they end up saving the day when a computer virus Digimon raises havoc all over the world through the Internet. The kids must stop the evil Digimon quickly before he provokes the launching of a nuclear ICBM aimed at Japan (where the kids live).
Our War Game! Appears to be inspired by the 1983 film, WarGames. Filetype: Avi Filesize: 200Mbs Audio: Japanese with English subs Runtime: 40:50 The third movie involves the next generation of DigiDestined children after they travel from Japan to the U.S.A. And meet up with Willis, helping him to stop the menace of an enigmatic threat.
As a kid, Willis was given two twin Digimon, a Gummymon and a Kokomon. But one day Kokomon mysteriously disappeared without a trace, returning later as the ruthless Wendigomon. Filetype: Avi Filesize: 400 MBs Audio: Japanese with English Subs Runtime: 1:04:34 Digimon: The Movie Digimon: The Movie, released in the U.S. And Canada territory by Fox Kids in October 2000, consists of the union of the first three Japanese Digimon movies (which were released separately in Japan). The first two parts are from Digimon Adventure and the 3rd part from Digimon Adventure 02. Those stories are based in the universe introduced in the first two seasons of the TV series.
The movie in the U.S. Is distributed by 20th Century Fox. The unified version released in North America had a high degree of editing, with more than 40 minutes of scenes from the individual Japanese versions cut out in order to save time, along with several plot changes (possibly to help make more sense of the movie in the absence of the deleted scenes).
Filetype: Avi Filesize: 700MBS together Audio: English, duh Runtime: 82 minutes Movies 4 to 7 dubbed Also known as Revenge of Diaboromon. In this movie that takes place a year after MaloMyotismon’s defeat, the DigiDestined go up against Diaboromon again. Tai and Matt head back to the Internet to deal with him with Omnimon, while the younger DigiDestined go to deal with the rampage of a swarm of Kuramon (Diaboromon’s Fresh form). With the help of Angemon and Angewomon (with T.K. And Kari), Omnimon was able to destroy Diaboromon again, but it turned out to be a trap. Filetype: WMV Filesize: 200mbs Audio: English Runtime: 28 Minutes (yes its a pretty short movie) Takato visits his cousin Kai in Okinawa, only to learn of an evil plan conducted by Mephismon/Mephistomon.
Early mistranslated promo information cemented the idea that this movie was out of continuity with the series, but in the finished movie, there is very little to suggest that this could be true. Given that Kai goes on to appear later in the series itself, and knows who Guilmon is at the time, would suggest that the movie is in continuity.
Filetype: WMV Filesize: 408 mbs Audio: English Runtime: 46 minutes This takes place after the series finale (technically, six months after the D-Reaper was destroyed in the time slot); in it, the Tamers are planning to throw Rika a surprise party, but the Tamers are forced to try and stop a train-Digimon named Locomon, who was being controlled by Parasimon. The movie served to provide insight on Rika, and also to confirm that the Tamers were, indeed, reunited with their Partners after the series ended.
It may have happened right after the event, as Renamon makes a remark to Rika that “you never change.” Filetype: WMV Filesize: 430 MBs Audio: English Runtime: 28 mins (sheesh another short one) The seventh of the TV-based Digimon movies, and not in continuity with the show, Takuya and company end up on a floating island in the middle of a civil war between human and beast Digimon, instigated by an evil Digimon named Murmuxmon. Filetype: WMV Filesize: 331Mbs Audio: English Runtime: 40 minutes X-Evoultion The Digital World is becoming so overpopulated that the super computer (Yggdrasil) that governs the Digital World can’t handle it anymore.
His solution? Wipe out the vast majority of the Digimon with the X Virus. He chooses a very small percentage to be moved to a new Digital World because he plans to destroy the old Digital World. Those who were not chosen but survived anyway and moved to the new world had a rare gift known as the X-Antibody; this antibody when activated changed their appearance and made them more powerful. Those who have the X-Antibody are generally distinguished by the X in their name and sometimes an X placed on their body somewhere.
There are few with the X-Antibody that are not distinguished by an X after their name but this is because there is no version of them in existence that doesn’t have the X-Antibody so there is no need to distinguish the normal and X-Antibody apart with the X surname.
